Blogging for 100 weeks without a miss
It is official: I have posted a Spark Newsletter, at least during the week and often more, for 100 weeks in a row. In the same time I have been posting I have moved twice, my wife gave birth to our third child, I graduated from my Master’s program, have experienced Jesus in countless new ways, and spent time with many old and new friends.
This has been a place for me to express some of the thoughts that swirl in my heart and mind. It has stirred controversy from time to time. It has started many great conversations. But every post, every time I have hit “send”, part of who I am and who I am becoming was sent into the world.
This Newsletter has been so important and special for me.
But a blog is hardly worth anything without readers.
You are my inspiration. If no one read this blog, I don’t know if I would go on writing it. I would probably return to strictly paper notebooks, keeping my ideas to myself. The conversation would never leave my head or the page.
When you read the Spark Newsletter, it is a sign to me that there are other curious people who want to explore life to the full. Other people who want to learn and ask questions. There are other people who embrace challenging conversations and different ideas.
And, most importantly, there are other people who love humanity and the journey we are all on together
So, thank you for your love and support. I hope to continue writing this a long time!
I would love to hear from you. How has the Spark Newsletter has impacted you? Email me at [email protected]
Would you become a monthly financial supporter?
Thank you so much for your continued support in reading this newsletter. I feel the love!
I love writing and I want to write more. Currently, to run this blog it is actually costing me a considerable amount of money. If this newsletter has been helpful for you and you’d like to see it continue, I ask if you’d consider becoming a monthly contributor to supporting the cost of running this blog.
Any help you give will only increase my ability to produce better content and hopefully build a better community on this platform. Click the link below to check out the sponsor page.
If you liked this post, or you feel like it would start a good conversation, please share this with your friends and ask them to subscribe.
It would help me a lot. Thanks for reading!
